Here is a video promo of the Togakure Ryu Ninpo Tai Kai taught by Anshu Christa Jacobson headmaster of the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo. In this event Anshu taught the methods of Togakure Ryu Ukemi Gata, Santo Tanko no Kata, Shinobi Gaeshi Gata as well as the Ninja Biken, Shinobi Iri and Togakure Goton and Doton no jutsu.

When we made this video, although 90% of it is from the 2010 taikai, we did add more togakure ryu training from various other training sessions to give the viewer a broader range at many other aspects of the togakure ryu tradition that the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo teaches.

If you are interested in purchasing this DVD all videos are exclusively sold in the International Ninjutsu Super Store at: http://www.NinjutsuSuperStore.com

  • I luv u

  • @teddymv ? Yes if you want something for just practice,..baby poweder,...if you want the real thing, use the real thing,...there really is no middle, you either throw it to hurt someone,..or you dont,...I guess I am totally missing your point

  • @BudoRyuNinjutsuDojo well I understand what you mean. Though I am aware of what they used, I am looking for some sort of ingredient to use besides crushed glass or the more-dangerous ingredients they used. Just wondering if there was some sort of practical in-between i could use..

  • @teddymv the baby powder is for training only, that would never be used in real life, it is that baby powder is safe and easy to train with. I though you asked what we trained with, not what historical metsubushi is.

  • @BudoRyuNinjutsuDojo Well perhaps, but it seems some of the original ingredients were a bit more harmful than I would like to utilize on someone, sometimes causing permanent damage, so what else could one use? How disabling is the baby powder?

  • @teddymv Do you mean what did they really use? Traditional Ninjutsu?

  • @BudoRyuNinjutsuDojo What would you think to use for actual usage besides baby powder?

  • @teddymv - for training we use baby powder as it is baby safe even in the eyes! :) Clearly that is not what the ninja of old used, but for training purposes we use baby powder.

  • Great video. What kind of powder do you use? Or what are the ingredients?

  • I love the applications of the ancient way and modern way!!! Thanx 4 your videos>>>very insperational
