@TheMark180 : I use fairly inexpensive acrylic and do a base layer and then watered down washes until I get the desired effect. After, I seal the painting with a nice liquitex matte finish.

Fantastic, im a huge dolly fan have been since i was 8 yrs old. You have done such an amazing job, she would even see the beauty in this. Keep up the awesome work. What dolly song is this? I have to get it!
