Hey, just found out about this, a year later. Do your homework next time.
1. You got it wrong. Charlene and I didn't put this site up, the site took a page from our book of 2008 and made it into a calculator.
2. The page in the book was intended to show some of the types of things you could do to measure ROI -- and that was in 2008. It was never intended to be comprehensive.
Next time, ask first.
