U fukn retard Anya is the love interest for marcus and Maria isn't a love interest because we already know they love eachother a love interest is a relationship that might happen! The script isn't great but it's better than most games like gears...it's better than halos and if the movie isn't serious there's no point in making it how can humanitys war for survival not be serious especialy with Dom and Maria!

they definitely have to have the maria scene and the other torture scenes in it they should have had christopher nolan write it he could have made the story line great

1st of there are some movies based on games that worked like the silent hill movie.
2nd as well as doms love intrest marcus does have feelings for anya as we see in the final cutscene of gow 2 so that would need to be worked in as well

They didn't really follow the original series that much. It had little to do with Resident Evil. The script also not that great.
