He didnt forget, if you listen closely the kihap happens early, its a result of transferring to digital, the sound is not synched.

Sorry about the av quality. I dont have the original or any way to improve it. I believe all of the students demonstrating are from Nanchang Dojang under Master KANG, Shin Chul. You can see a clip of him I poster where he is doing a creative poomsae and a stretching routine as well. All of his students look like this. It's amazing how his students all move the same way, have the same flexibility and are all so technically precise.
