Yall get some experance under your belt like 2 yrs and come over to work for Celadon Trucking Services for every 30,000 miles you drive you get 5 days paid vacation and 600.00 with a 1 cent increase every year with no pay cap plus have regular Home Time also Be prepared to go to Canada and get your passport too, We love exp drivers that like to Chain up and Ride for that money...

If you can get in a good running Truck and it's clean and the company doesnt treat you like shit then go for it. I would have loved to keep driving but what happened to me was personal, My first trainer was a pedophile and the second was a pill popping drug addict who shouldnt have been driving with his bad hip, so bad he floated all gears but the first as he could not ingage the clutch, he passed out at a rest area for 4 hours left me stuck sitting second seat looking at his fat ass sleep

No no longer with the company, ran as a owner operator team, came off the road because my teammate was having a baby and I decided to go local with another company, also I couldn't get my glasses at the time right away because of insurance, but I learned a lot from swift they are the best company to go with as far as getting started in the trucking business, its up to u to decide how u want to go about things for the best or worst, being an owner operator is ok justgood for single folks
