Fish in their new 600 gallon tank

We had just finished moving the fish from the seriously crowded 180 gallon to the 600 gallon. The RTCxTSN hybrid is 16 months old and at least 23". There is a rescued TSN that is about 25+", and a 16 month old TSN that is about 18-19" and 16 months.I have concerns that there is something genetically off with this fish and it may not reach full size and possibly adulthood. Also, there is a rescued Pangasius hypophthalmus catfish (or ID shark) that is about 16" or so, and a boisterious 17+" giraffe cat. There are also 2 pseudodoras or oxydoras niger catfish that are about 20+" and 18 months old. These are all young fish that will very much out grow this tank, and need to be upgraded to a tank holding about 3,000+ gallons.

3 questions for the public, im making a 650 gallon aquarium (7 x 5 x 2.5) and i was wondering: how do you heat it, would a pond filter work (if not what would), and how do you keep it well oxygenated? as of now i have a RTC x TSN hybrid, clown knife, lima shovelnose, pleco in a temporary 75 gallon tank.

1. get some gars...

2. set up a large semi agressive community with tinfoil barbs, maybe some tats and scombs and stuff...

3. agressive cichlid tank...

4. one big fish that can fit in it of your choice, maybe like an arowana, or a wolf fish
