Inconsistent burner flame due to inconsistent gas pressure from a malfunctioning gas meter. This produces incomplete combustion which results in a lower heating BTU output capacity of the equipment.

  • what did you do? did you just move the tuggle switch off and then on?

  • I've never seen that symptom. Bad gas meter, eh? 7" WC seemed kinda high. Most equipment I work on specs out 3.5" WC or so for inlet pressure. Nice catch, Bro!
