Ron Paul has far too many positions that are well outside of the republican mainstream, His position on social issue primarily ending the war on drugs, pornography and gays to spell out three.

@Geddy008 The reason why he wouldn't have the REPUBLICAN noination is because the average republican voter is looking for the biggest asshole and political whore availible. And make no mistake, Ron Paul is not either of those things. That is the reason he can't win as a republican. If he went third party though, he has a huge shot at winning the presidency because ost voters outside of the republican bubble want someone that speaks from the heart, not a teleprompter.

"He can't win the nomination". Why is that? If the MSM (both left and right) keep saying it over and over again, will that make it so? I for one will NOT VOTE for ANYONE BUT RON PAUL. Why the heck to all these damn media people keep saying that Paul will not win the nomintion and such.. There is always a fricken chance for someone to win, especially someone so close to the front. And why the hell wouldnt he win?? If you have balls look back and see how many of the other candidates chnged their views on certain issues to be like Paul so that they in hopes would get the Ron Paul supporters..
