I do this routine every morning to relax. When I am less stressed I make smarter, healthier choices during the day. And I am happier. Thank you!!!!!!! :D

@gretleman Anytime AFTER yoga, you can eat but if you eat BEFORE yoga, you'll want to wait 30-45 minutes. You can have the air on, it's usually best not to go below 70 because the heat relaxes your muscles. Also, you can sip water if you need to, the most helpful thing about yoga is an empty stomach. You wanna do yoga mind and body so if you need to eat or drink before, just give it about 30-45 minutes to settle. Hope that helps.

Hi! can somebody tell me if i can do this inside my room and with aircon on?because I am living in Dubai and the climate here even if it's 6am is still hot during summer so just wondering if I can do this at my room.And should I do this with empty stomach without anything even water?and after this yoga when can I have my breakfast?hope to get response from anyone :) thanks.
