hey nice fish....ive caught quit a few off the beach as well....was that your first? anyway we released almost all of them and i have noticed that they are just either spent energy wise or dissoriented when they get in the surf line....regardless we make it a practice to have wet suit on when trying to release cuz sometimes we litterally have to swim them out.....i think you can see the effort put in on one of the videos i have posted,

Absolutely beautiful!!!!!! One of the nicest threshers I have ever seen. Im guessing around 7 to 8 ft in length?
