The persons parents were married at the time of birth. Check

One of the persons parents was a U.S. citizen when the person was born. Check

The citizen parent lived at least 10 yrs in the U.S. before the child's birth. Check

A minimum of 5 of these 10 yrs in the U.S. were after the citizen parent's 14th birthday. Check. Even if he wasn't born in Hawaii he is still an American

We'll first of all the only political offices that would require him to be a citizen are the office of President & Vice President. One thing you birthers don't realize is that the Secret Service & Home Land Security confirm his birth place long before he takes oath so if he were not there is no way he could have gotten past the back ground check and been allowed to be sworn in.
