John Paschall kept saying he did not know about the blood under Hank's fingernails. But in reality he did. 1. He was in Hank's case on the next day going to see his brother in law Billy Blackburn without protocol alone and that Ralph Martinez told him he needed Billy's help in beating Hank at the Executive Inn. Billy's astranged wife Tina and went to the police station in Hearne and Billy called her on her cell and cursed her and made her leave. 2. Detective Steve Stokley knew and saw the blood under his nails at the hospital July 17th Wednesday 2008. 3. Audio tape of Paschall threatening Stokley to stop Hanks Murder case or else he would end up in a shallow grave.4.Brian Bancroft the Detective of the D.A.'s office brought the stolen guitars reclaimed to Hanks mother's house. He was acompanied by Johnny Lopez of the Dare Program in Franklin. He was told by Sandi Johnson and Sunney Carter that indeed Hank had blood under his nails. Still at the crime lab in Conroe 5 more days. We identified the guitars.5. The day after Hanks funeral Sandi Johnson called the D.A.'s office and asked Bancroft if they had taken Hanks blood. Bancroft replied :NO MAAM".6. After the exhumation 20 months later Sandi Johnson had called the crime lab in Conroe and talked to Patricia Moore and she said she questioned it but called the D.A.'s office and they never called her back. 7.I talked to John Paschall at 1 year after Hanks Death July 21,2008. I asked why did he not take the blood under his nails and he replied, "You didn't talk to me." But I did talk to his Dectective of the D.A.'s office and the Hearne PD Detective. He words it as he didn't know thus I didn't specifically talk to him but he knew. I didn't know him or about him then. 8. The guitars were just sent to the lab March 2011. We were told that they were to be sent to the lab but were not under the Paschall D.A.'s office in July 2008 but now under the Brazos County D.A.'s office Bill Turner. Detective of the Brazos County Brian Swartz said they were just sent to the lab in Austin by him.
