  • Ofcourse I never ment to imply that I had invented something here. I built my own for two reasons: (1)Total cost to build was $100

(2)Mine out performs the commercially available ones by a huge margin. Thanks for your comment.

  • nice vac. i will be building one of similar design soon. my only observation would be to line the inside with fabric. i'd just use old cotton sheets or something. i have a much larger yard (2 acres) i'm trying to reclaim after years of neglect and i don't particularly care for thatch.

  • lol so if i wanna get the leaves of my back yard i have to use this whole thing?

  • it's cool nice job!! Fun figuring things like this out.

  • what is the name of the blower, or where can you get it at. I understand everything else, just can't seem to find the blower.

  • my simplicity is faster

  • Nice job, it's great fun doing these kind of projects, But FYI, there are about 10 different companies that already offer this product & functionality. And actually already a produced and marketed attachment for deere.

  • It can suck up a rock?!?! Wow!!! It's too large and bulky though!!

PS Very creative mind and great job with the video/talking!!
