On our way in Chiang Rai province in the north of Thailand, we visit the white temple Wat Rong Khun. Further north, we see the Golden Triangle and cross the border to Laos

Just read your question... The first song you mean is NOT a song but it's the most) holy buddhist pray, call ' Chin na ban chorn '. This pray was found in Sri Lanka by a monk Somdej To over 100 years ago. This pray is very long and in Bali Sansakrit (Buddha language). So someone made the pray a bit easier - kind of music. This pray is for ' Protecting yourself '... when you pray, you will diamond wall around you. Bad people, bad things can't touch you.
