oh i wish that they'd remake these and do a better version, the books were much MUCH better than this XD but this is a better fit than the books for young children i suppose..

It actually does sound a bit like "fruits".
The sound track may have gotten slightly degraded on the original videotape, and then it was converted to DVD, copied back into a computer, converted to a file and uploaded to YouTube. Considering that the original tape is a decade old, I'm amazed that the sound and video is as good as it is.

I think why it sounded loike fruits is that she maybe said " Tell the brutes who collow you..."
Brutes rhymes with fruit and fits.
