So, will the caffeine in green tea cause you to stall, ya think? Btw thanks so much for your videos. I lived lc lifestyle for a while but since moving to Kansas city, I've been eating very starchy/sugary diet. It was no surprise when I started gaining and feeling blah. Your videos are helping motivate me to get & stay on track.

@hempychik Thanks for watching! I'm so glad I could help! :-) I would just try it to see if the caffeine in green tea effects you, if it doesn't then I would say drink up. I still enjoy drinking diet coke, but I try to make sure and drink plenty of water too.

Thank you for recording your story and supporting others in fitness. I wanted to share some ideas for atkins friendly beverages. I do not like crystal light. But they come up with a new product sweetened with 'inulin'! Inulin is a real food probiotic derived from chickoree root. I only use 1/3 a pkt in a 12oz tumbler. It's plenty sweet. There is this lovely Chai Tea by Zhena's Gypsy Tea, that is caffeine free. I like to sweeten my lemonade with 'Now's stevia, inulin & chromium packets.

That sounds so good! Thanks for sharing! I'll have to look for the Crystal Light with inulin when I go to the grocery story. I invite all advice! Thanks again!

I was drinking soooo much diet coke and diet dr pepper. I'm embarrased to even say how much I was drinking each day. I knew it couldn't be healthy how much caffeine and aspartame I was taking in throughout each day so I just felt like it was time to cut it off.
