i know what he meant but that kinda caught my attention at 1:24 when he said " i could hear the victim crying in the background so i wasn't expecting it to be a real serious cut." now... if you heard someone crying in the background wouldn't you assume that it was pretty serious???? especially a cut like that the kid had to be screaming... i know i would. but great episode!!!!

I think he was assuming that a seven-year-old would cry because of any cut, and that it wasn't serious because the child hadn't passed out.
