Gary McKinnon - london tonight after supreme court refusal

London Tonight's report after gary was refused a point of law as not in the public interest when the same point of law has been approved in another case and the same judges said Gary has more right to it than the other case perhaps they want the point to be easier to be refused.

I am from the U.S, " Michigan", I was totally unaware of this even going on, apairently our government did'nt think to involve the american "peoples view", my heart goes out to his mom and family, also to Gary himself. But he did commit a crime against the united states, I'm not saying that I agree with the expedition in any shape or form, but justice has to be served.. I hope that they are leinient on gary and let him go home to serve his sentence so his mom and family can visit him.....

@johnvoe110273 he went in to NASA etc looking for UFO coverups there were no passwords or firewalls! It is called illegal access and is NOT extraditable! the US invented the damage to make it extraditable and waited 3yrs til the UK started using the 2003 extradition treaty which allows the US to extradite with no evidence but the UK cannot extradite an American without showing contestable evidence. Were the situation reversed the US would absolutely not extradite him with or without evidence.

This makes me so angry. They should take his disability into account!! Don't they realise that his hacking was part of his condition? Asperger's is misunderstood because (a) it's not visible externally, and (b) people who are high intellectually functioning, like Gary, are clever. But that intellectual cleverness is accompanied by poor social skills and obsessive behaviour. Once the person gets into their special interest they pursue it to death and become oblivious to the consequences...

@misstiggykins I know I have Asperger's too even my own mother has a go at me for my obsessions just because I get on better with children than with Adults I suffer form OCD Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) which is why I behave in a rather odd way but I'm still a nice person and I am sick of people bullying me simply because I am autistic!

I think the US government should have tested their own system for possible beaches! It’s the US own fault for leaving their system open for attack!

The whole case is a facade. The truth behind it all (and this is provable) is that the Chinese, Israelis, and others hack into the USA's defense networks on a REGULAR BASIS. Is there any American officials trying to extradite the Chinese? They not only hacked American files, but the UK, France, Germany and others!

Gary McKinnon should be kept free of USA Hypocrisy (That American citizens cannot be extradited from the US but UK citizens can to USA!) The Americans feel they are the Roman empire of this dispensation and are just as brutal & evil !!!

American foreign policy "is akin to state terrorism !!!" Unlike "War Games" Movie, he is not American and thus will be treated viscously and without justice !
