Memories. Man, seems like yesterday they released this video at the party in B-more! Can't remember the bar name but I remember kicking back with some cold ones and watching the cool video. Like many others, I am surprised this band didn't roll on. Loved the All-Star jams when Kyf would take the stage along side D. Bogart and C. Filipiak. The Conte brothers looked every bit the part. Great music years and shit load of fun.

man, i always loved this song!!

By any chance did this band take their name from the movie of the same name. Just wondering since I have never heard of the group. The movie is a classic though.

my dear old friend/drummer Frankie La Rocka, it was his band, he found the Conte bros.and put band together, also played on first Scandal record, John Waite, years in David Johannsen's band, went to high school with him in Staten Island. This was a great band, he become a a/r guy at c.b.s, signed the band with Pocket ful of Kryptonite...he died of a heart attack a few years back, not even a line in tribute...miss ya Frankie..you were lovely and fine drummer...R.I.P. my friend...

Maybe we need a reunion sometime soon then?

I saw this band in Los Angeles back in the day. In my opinion, they should have been HUGE! This song should have been a MONSTER hit because it is a MONSTER song with MONSTER hook !! They were great live too.

Love this song and band!! Rock on!!!/ jk

frankie was one my dearest friends as well. we met through a mutual friend in the business and he always believed in me. his vision of the wolves was exactly what we put together, and we wouldn't have had such an easy task of being recognised without him at the helm. i miss him all the time. he was a character and one of a kind.

I was the recording & playback sound engineer on this shoot. I have to say that the band were very nice chaps and the most unassuming of American rockers. I was absolutely frozen and got lockjaw - it was November - the tape heads on the playback Nagra froze and had to be kept going with a hair-dryer. Aside from that, some of the locals pinched some of the back-line kit - cheers guys. The wolves were but large and very soppy Alsatians in grey make-up powder. Great memories some 21 years later.

@VickersDoorter - ha! it was the middle of december, bro! no wonder you were cold. but what a great time we had. yes the dogs were tervurans (belgian shepherds) as i remember. lovely critters but they didn't like that make-up. we turned that town on its ass for a night and had a great time at the bar and the hotel afterward. what ya been up to since?

That's the first time I've seen that video. It is filmed at Doune Castle(of Monty Python and the Holy Grail fame)which is in my village of Doune. I remember when the video was filmed, it was a really surreal night where everybody saw strobing lights coming from the castle and there was this band that nobody had ever heard of or has heard of since.

or at least, perhaps not in the village of Doune. ;~)
