This is a cool thermometer. I like the way it shows the different types of meats as pictures, and has the lines to the different temperatures for each. I have not seen one like that here in the states, at least not yet.......LOL. Take Care :-))

I must get one of those, when boiling a joint of ham did you once say that when the centre of the joint reaches a certain temp its ready? Cheers Graham
