@kobashi100 Yeahh i agree some of Giggs freestyles and tunes are weak, but his album 'Let Em Ave It' everything's actually on point... i guess its preference... i like his deep voice and the slow flow lets the lyrics sink into me and makes me really feel them.. ive been listening to faster rappers all my life e.g. Big L, Big Pun, Ghetts (only ghetto gospel), Bone thugs, etc... He gives me the same vibe as Eazy-E, only he has a deep not a high pitched voice. But yeah his freestyles are weak

I see what your saying in you like Giggs subject matter but I think the guy has no flow at all. Lyrically he is nothing special. I like Gangster stuff but I compare Giggs to Universal Soldiers (Ricochet and Ultra) and them guys done it a whole lot better. They came with the street shit but still kept it lyrical!

check out the Slanguage album and you will see what I mean. Some of them Giggs freestyles are poor man, that BET cypher was a joke and all them guys came real wack!

@kobashi100 Giggs isn't about school, the stuff he talks about is deep. There are some idiots that listen to Giggs and think they're bad, but then there are some people who've grown up hard and relate to Giggs' story. Thats why i like him. I relate to it alot. And he brings Hip-hop back to grime. He's not like the other artists rapping about 'voilence' and 'drugs', because when he raps about voilence and drugs... it's real talk, and you know one word of it is not a lie.But skill for skill, Jehst

I dont think it was a diss, more of a throw away line. not sure how anyone can feel people like giggs more then Jehst though. When it comes to wordplay, Jehst is probably the best in the UK. Lyrical demon, plus people forget all the hard work he has put in. Man has his own label which is succesful, puts out multiple releases for his artists. has his own studio, man has put in the work big time.

I am all about skills and people like Giggs and Smiler dont do it for me.
