LeJog Classic Car Rally - Llangorse Multi Activity Centre Time Trial

HERO's Land's End to John O'Groats Classic Car Rally comes to Llangorse Multi Activity Centre!

LE JOG as it is affectionately known is still considered by many as one of the most demanding and challenging events in Europe. The conditions were tough enough in Wales but these guys were heading for the Highlands of Scotland and snow was already falling!

Okay so we are a Multi Activity Centre but car rallying? Why not - it was a pleasure to welcome over 50 Classic cars (pre 1984) and their intrepid drivers and co-drivers on a cold and wet December night. They arrived with us in a blaze of lights from around 10:00pm with the last car leaving at 11:15pm. There was a time trial in the car park. Lot's of smoking tyres and handbrake turns before logging in with the timing officials at Base Camp Cafe. Then back on the road to the next check point.
