Using the Fujitsu ScanSnap along with Dropbox, I've created a fast and efficient paper processing workflow system. I'm currently in the process of digitizing years of paper stored in file cabinets. This video (part 1 of 2) describes the ScanSnap functionality and gives a quick demo of the unit itself.

  • In part two I would have set EverNote up "watching" the DropBox documents folder to backup to EverNote as well as DropBox in-case one of them went belly up. EverNote has far superior search and OCR functions then DropBox, however DropBox still is valuable as well.

  • @bradbeckett Yep...I am using Evernote again and backing up that way too. Great idea to have multiple redundancies. I continue to be super impressed by both services.

  • hey lazy get to filming part 2

  • lol. Sorry...I never posted it here because it was a little too long. You can find part two on Vimeo. Just search for "Paper Processing with the Fujitsu ScanSnap - Part 2"
