@XxForeverHiddenxX Part 2. Be sure to follow your doctors follow up instructions. Take the pain pills (if they give you some) BEFORE the pain sets in. I never really had any pain just a little discomfort. I ate ice cream, mashed potatos, jello, mac and cheese. It sucks for the first days because those foods aren't substantial but you get used to it. It's been one week since my surgery and I'm back to normal eating normal stuff =) It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it'd be!

@XxForeverHiddenxX I went in for my 1 week check up and I can tell you my experience. They took me back and covered me with a blanket, put the blood pressure checker on my arm (lol), put the pulse monitor on my finger, and then gave me the nitrous gas stuff (doesn't knock you out just makes you woozy) then they gave me an IV and that's what knocks you out. It doesn't hurt at all (any part of it) and the next thing you know you're awake. (I'll continue in another post)

@emilyyb10 Thank you. I'm terrified of the dentist so that gets to me a lot. But thank you very much. (:
I am gonna be getting my wisdom teeth out soon and I'm terrified. How was your experience? Any advice to calm my nerves about it?

@XxForeverHiddenxX I was knocked out during the surgery, but after this video I'm pretty sure I fell asleep in the car and I was sick the rest of the day which kind of sucked. I threw up a lot and slept the whole day. Blood isn't an issue for me but there was a lot of it! Some of my friends said they could start eating normal food right away but I ate soft foods for a week because it hurt so much. Everyone's experience is different but you have an excuse to lay around for 2-3 days :) Good luck!

@emilyyb10 why did you throw up?

@AriadneAimee i'm guessing it was a side effect from the anesthesia. side effects include: nausea and vomiting, sore throat, muscle aches, confusion, itching and other unpleasant experiences
