@simis7 It's called "Ferrah", we sell them in Morocco, they are very heavy, special for this kind of bread.

wow never thought of making bread out of semolina,Do you add hot water for making the dough and also please tell me what you serve this with:)thanks a lot

@zairt You add cold water, we eat it specially in the breakfast with butter, honey or jam.
