The outstanding 4/21/58 episode of the anthology series "SUSPICION", "FRACTION OF A SECOND", is based on a short story by Daphne du Maurier and stars The First Lady of the American Screen, Miss Bette Davis, in one of her most memorable TV performances as a woman who steps outside of her house to see her daughter off to school and returns to find a very different home inside....

In honor of The New Year, The New Decade, and The 60th Anniversary of "ALL ABOUT EVE", Miss Davis's most celebrated movie, I offer up another gem in the filmography of America's greatest actor and star!

I saw a movie with the similar plot the mom and daughter moved to london and the brother had kidnap the girl... dnt recall the name..

Love these old black and white films, love Bette Davis. Funny - noticing the sidewalks that go right up to the street rather than have a strip of grass between like we do in Washington DC. So many details to observe in these old films. Love, love love it - and thanks for posting - now I'm going to sit here for the next hour plus!
