A Canadian Navy ship patrolling the central Mediterranean under NATO's arms embargo operation tracks down and hails a suspicious vessel.
The ship's boarding team find dozens of rebels transporting arms from Benghazi to Misrata. NATO's highest command decides to allow the vessel to proceed, as the arms had not come from outside Libya and were intended to defend civilians in Misrata. The captain and crew are happy with the outcome as it proves the naval patrols are working.

  • @GringuitoLucero You do realise that what you've said is pretty wrong? the reason Gadaffi is so wealthy in the first place is that he extorted much of Africa and took the wealth for himself (himself not Libya, look at his private home that was captured and compare it to any other Libyan home you'll notice a big difference) Gadaffi may have recently been investing in other Africa nations but most of these great generous investments are backhanders so the AU/UAE overlook Libya

  • Why those traitor Libyan rebels, instead of shooting true Libyan people and destroying Libyan infrastructure (which has costed quite an effort since the Leader came to power), why don't they shoot themselves? They will make quite a good for the vast majority of the Libyans and also for the rest of African people, who may benefit from the investments the Leader is making in other parts of the continent.

If you delete my comment, this discussion is not democracy. So don't say Gadafi is a ditator

  • Translation : We are giving the Libyan rebel a weapon.

  • 105mm rounds are defensive lol

  • They just helped rebels. Good job NATO

  • Thank goodness they put closed captioning on there. British, Americans, Aussies and all other English speakers would have a tough time understanding that thick Canadian accent otherwise! hardy har har

  • haha. And they call it an "Arms Embargo" :)) Way to go NATO! "Good Work" indeed.

  • Go canada!

  • this was interesting.

  • Good Work, NATO!
