Sponsored by EARTHALIVE and presented to the community of Mount Shasta by ClayDance Studio, RHYTHM IS THE CURE is dedicated to the healing power of drumming and the Tarantella rhythm.

An exciting, fiery "percussive journey" through the South of Italy, RHYTHM IS THE CURE features Alessandra's wild drumming, songs sung in the Calabrian language, and the astounding Tarantella! "Bite of the Spider" dance ritual. Practiced by women throughout Southern Italy since ancient times, this dance has been adapted by Alessandra to help women from around the world free their minds as well as their bodies. It is also incorporated in Alessandra's workshops to facilitate sexual healing.
