Thanks, jgrant...Yeah, it was an experience to say the least and I actually am lookign forward to starting all over again tomorrow. Yay for chest and back. More pushups and more pullups. Ugh!
I'm doing the classic version first time around and will probably settle into the lean version for the second round - will I even still be alive at that point? ;-) I tend to put on muscle pretty easily, so I'm going to watch myself. Might have to swtich to lean 1/2 way through round 1.
Congrats on completing the first week. I watched all your videos and I was laughing because I remember my first week (just started my 4th week yesterday following the lean program). You will notice by the 3rd week that you are able to do more each time. I subscribed to your videos. Good luck!
