The wonderful thing that I love about this workout is that it makes you so aware of your body as a movement of beauty while exercising. This has the effect that it makes me aware of exercising as not just training my muscles but a focus on gentle symetry of movement with grace and power until it becomes like a dance. Since using this form of exercise, I have become more aware of my body movements in everyday life so that this training is continuing into posture, grace, strength and confidence.

now this looks really good. I need to strenghen and tone because I have been slacking all winter and now it is spring! and I am chubby! I remember all these moves so hopefully my muscles have the memory too and I will get in shape pretty darn quick,. this is very mellow as well. thansk,.

You know I am a great procrastinator when it comes to working out and youtube is one of my distractions but there are a lot of workout videos on youtube and I never thought about it till today. Some of the guys will say for sissy's but who will ever know?
