ACL Tear

It is difficult to see, but this is how I destroyed my knee. Essentially I was cutting one way but when the Frisbee was thrown the other way I attempted to turn my hips before my foot planted. Much like giving yourself an Indian burn, but just one twist. Ouch! I'm uploading this exactly one year after my surgery. I'm all healed now, for the most part. Hopefully I will never have to experience that again.

Im 18 years old and had my surgery done on oct 1st and it was the best thing that i could have ever done with my knee. It feels great good luck guys!

Hey man ACL tears heart like shit I just got my surgery a month or 2 ago and already walking hope you feel better and im only 11 heart it playing football but feel Better!

Tearing ACL sucks! Feel sorry for you man :( I torn my acl playing basketball it hurt like mother***** I heard a loud pop too. Hope u feel better now. Wish me luck that I have ACL rec. Surgery on June 17 11..
