  • Did you say you're quite adept at his command throw? Because empty jump 360 is not an adept technique. To do a standing 360 you do 4123698 P. You have to press P just as you do the 8.

  • Surely you're missing out the 7 though so it's not a full joystick rotation?

Will give it a go tonight.

  • Ahhh! You covered it ^_^

Enthusiasm shows Daz, it's great to explore this game just messing with characters, specials, supers, taunts etc. I lost many matches with friends trying to win with Basketball!

Will RetroGamer be covering or doing a piece on the UKs' largest fighting game tournament, SupervsBattle (11th - 13th Sept '09)? 3rd Strike is in the line up and I'm fool enough to enter the tournament however Daigo from Japan and Justin Wong of the US will be in attendance too!

    Keep going Daz!

  • unfortunately not mate as Retro Reunited is on at the same weekend and i'm off to that :)

  • It also came out on the PS2 and Xbox

  • this is still better tha street fighter 4. i dont care what anyone says.

  • This game is the nuts. Everyone needs to play it. It should be taught in schools.

    Dudley FTW!!

  • No 3rd Strike is better

  • Nonsense. Double Impact is WAY BETTER.

  • Hey Darren, it's been a long standing secret that 360 moves in Street Fighter don't need you to hit all directions on the pad/stick, just the four directions of Left (4), Right (6), Down (8) and Up (2) need to register.

So to make Hugo's 360's easier to pull off just do a half-circle* and then straight to up + P or K.

*Clockwise or counter-clockwise directions both work for 360s.

  • No missing the 7 is the point, this way way you can do a movement that the game reads as a 360 with out doing a full circle. No jumping required and it's a little faster than a full 360.

  • Rubbish! Were's your priorities? Enjoy Retro Reunited, just be sure to take your DC and SFIII with you :-)

I'll try and write something down for SvB anyway ^_^
