  • That's a nice distance! When I was 10 I did this also, but I did'nt know it is very dangerous to hold your breath under water when you are alone. So be careful and have an adult watch you every second you are under water when you do this! If there is no one there watching you who knows what you are doing, stop. Go on dry land and practice holding your breath instead. If you continue swimming it is very similar to jumping out of an airplane with a parachute that will probably work.

  • I got mine down to 1 stroke in a 20 meter pool with 4 kg neck weight and no wetsuit. Not sure how it will be with a suit to add a little bit of streamlining. Hopefully I can work it down to 1 stroke in 25 meters. Should be fun to find out. Congratulations on all your accomplishments. Keep it up.
