It's interesting to note that the character designer for the Polymar OAV is Yasuomi Umezu, who also did the character designs for the GatchaMan and Casshern OVAs, also dabbled in Hentai. Umezu did character designs for Kite, Mezzo Forte (later Mezzo DSA), and Cool Devices.

It's from an OVA called Hurricane Polymar, directed by Akiyuki Shinbo who also directed Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Moonphase, Hidamari Sketch and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha.
