  • Was at his restaurant 2 weeks ago all i can say is AMAZING. Worth every penny and got a tour of the kitchen with steven best experience of my life x

  • this is masturbation not cooking ,,i love cooking i love food ,but this is too scientific ,,i,ve eaten in a few michelin star restaurants and just found it all to pure ,,

  • hella good technique!

  • Amazing. I love watching great chefs working.

Cooking in Britain has come on so much with chefs who can stand side by side with the best from France, Italy and around the world.

  • Nice try at heston blumenthal's snail porridge.

  • Ive got a 3 day trial at this restaurant later this month! cant wait.

  • goin to this hotel in 20 days..will def post up a review !

  • this looks like a great restraurant to work in

  • is satisfying to see top chefs still doing some old fashioned cooking really well. i did not see an immersion circulator, or an isi whip canister anywhere. not that theres anything wrong with that.
