Melted Crayon Art Ft."The World Spins Madly On" The Weepies

I saw this idea around so I spent some time trying to figure out what I wanted to do with it. I've always wanted to be artsy and be able to draw but unfortunately that's never been my forte. I'm so glad this worked out the way it did. I'm currently moving into my first apartment and I'm decorating it with pictures I've taken like the lightning one and such. Because of that I wanted this to be more than just crayon art; I wanted it to have a message. I was looking through some of my favourite quotes to get ideas (I have a page with them written down) and I saw the one you will see in the video. I've always had a big struggle with time. Whether it be getting somewhere on time, understanding why we are here in the first place or why it even exists! So, when I came across this line the ideas started to flow and I came up with a concept. I chose this song because I didn't want to follow the dubstep trend and I wanted something more along the indie type lines. It was close between this one and "Lead Me Home" by FM Radio. But this song won because it was a bit longer, it wasn't a chick voice and the other song sounds to swingy (more country) but mind you I love it none the less. Also I like the message. To me the focus of the song isn't of two lovers but of loss. It's about someone close to you dying (like your dad) and you not wanting to wake up but just thinking of them makes it better. The world goes madly on; there is expectancy, a TIME limit after someone dies, to move on and if you don't than it's not normal but it's mine. It's my grief and the world goes madly on no matter what in a mad mess just like crayons melting everywhere.

I too miss chad but I miss hilarie more cuz peyton was my favorite character :) This song plays in season 3 when peyton goes to set free the ashes of her birth mom elle in the meadow :) I also 100% agree OTH has the best music cuz I get 99% of my music from them lol newayz I was happy to share it! :D

@alsokul19 Wow this made my day you have no idea! Thank-you so much! I too am a big OTH fan (but being there from season 1 has made me miss Chad Michael Murry being in the show). To be completely honest I don't think I herd the song from there but that show, by far, has the best music from any show (I think it's where the second song I was going to use came from).
