You did. Very well said, indeed. My grandmother used to tell me when I was young that "What was learned can be unlearned...let it start with you". She was funny and wise at the same time. Imagine a short mostly Italian grandmother with Cherokee thrown in and anything could happen, depending upon which "side" was in control. Ho! Mitakuye Oyasin (We are ALL related)!
