Workout # 2
3 rounds for time of:
10 chest-to-bar pullups
10 front squats, men - 165 lbs / women - 105 lbs
10 burpees
Time: 5:12 (3rd place out of 15 competitors in this heat)

My mistake this workout was the same as #1. 90% of the competitors were dead to the world going into round 3 so that caused me to second guess my grind capabilities and paced myself too much. The only thing I should have focused getting unbroken were the front squats to save the energy of cleaning the weight back up. I was capable of trimming 20-30 seconds off of this workout.
