The Conservatives now have a majority they MUST eliminate it. I'm surpized provinces like Alberta and Saskatchewan with conservative governments still keep these laws on the books.

Hey "ingerlander" maybe if I mak a false claim of "racism" or something to one of these so called human rights commissions you'll see just how rediculous yet scary they are. You don't need to agree with a "right-wing" but government commission charging you for saying something that someone else objects to? C'mon son!

Excellent presentation. s13.1 must be abolished - maybe it's needed in N. Korea, but certainly not in Canada.
