I actually photographed additional protest groups today including an anti-fur group, but what you're getting in this video is anti-war street theater, Frank Chu with a typical sign, and some Jesus Freaks to round things out.

(The street theater is Iraq Veterans Against the War and World Can't Wait's Operation First Casualty).

  • Shrill, to say the least. I wonder if anybody had a passing urge to punch her in the kidney when nobody was looking.

Former soldiers? I don't think so.

Three, count them three, individuals have been waterboarded by the U.S. government.

  • I was thinking a good dose of pepper spray would do a lot of them some good.

  • And after the performance they went out for lattes and congratulated each other about how brave it was to do in front of those hostile conservative San Franciscans.

  • the asian chick reminds me of the anti-abortion chick from juno, except the opposite in terms of effectiveness

  • "and your point is??" haha i love the lady at the end.

  • Yeah. Real vets.

    Right.

  • "Nice wars"??!! So White phosphorous, cluster bombs and Depleted Uranium are nice? Please, I remember the '80's and the whole game of "bankrupt the Soviets" I was part of that game while serving in the nav. We might not have directly funded them, but "we" work through proxies, pakistani ISI, etc. You've heard of "plausible deniability" right? Read about Maj.General Smedly Butler, he was a Marine and he figured out the game a long time ago... Semper-Fi Scotty ;)

  • Actually we did NOT fund al-queda against the Soviets or train them. Usama and his org had it's own Money.U.B.L was wealthy because of his family. The U.S did provide stinger missles and some money to the Muj in Afganistan however most of them had been used up by the early 90's the cash was long gone.We never provided money or training on a huge scale and most Muj in the 80's never even laid eye's on a US C.I.A agent.I'm an Iraq vet (Marine) and trust me we fight nice wars in comparisonSo shut up

  • You too! Merry Christmas!

  • LOL! Beat you up? That would solve everything, right? Thanks for the laugh! Have a good holiday Kermit.

  • What, I can't comment on someone I don't know personally? Maybe you'd like to beat me up now. Maybe you should shut your trap and set the example first, my dear friend.

  • Didn't know you were on the Supreme Court. Thanks for ruling that it's unconstitutional. Wait, aren't federal judges the only folks that have the authority to do that? Can you also point out to me where it says that the Nuremburg principles are binding?

  • Point is, we took an oath to defend the Constitution. Has anyone read it lately? Don't think invading other countries based on falsified intelligence constitutes the "clear and present danger" required for lawful defense of the nation. The Bush doctrine of "pre-emptive" war is illegal, just read the Nuremburg principles.
