The west accused Victor of arms trafficking for years; thus, no one is yet to show evidence or bring charges against Victor Bout for the alleged arms trafficking. The United States, is now charging him with conspiracy... by definition, a conspiracy is something that cannot be proven.
The case of Victor Bout is pure politics, he was the one man who could break the West exploitation of Africa and its monopoly over the African resources.
