NO FUCKING CONTROL, the worst form i have seen, alot of ppl pretty much buy there way through belts, this guy probably did 10 classes a week, and made it to black belt within no time. damn douche bag!!

@NJ93x if im honest, tournament sparring and sparring in class are completely different. one is just for practice,whereas the other is merely for competition. im not saying im on GKR's side here, just thought id make that point clear:P

yea im in GKR myself i just havnt competed in a kumite (yet) i just thought they restricted head level punches.

no. We practice non contact. Because i hit him and knocked him out so to speak, i should have been disqualified.
