  • doesn't that will stress your knee. I learn parkour and they said jumping and land with knee that is more than 90 degree will stress your knee

  • It's funny that the instructor doesn't know how to count. He says to do 15 jumps and the kid did 16. That must be the "Trainer's Dozen" (much like a Baker's Dozen).

  • ok this is great and all but this is not plyometrics , plyo is when you barely touch the floor .

  • drop your hips back like when doing a squat with good form so your knees dont go so far forward.The further your knees go past the line of your toes the more shear force will act on the joint which can lead to injury . A wider stance would probably be a good idea too. :)
