@gladwellthabo he is saying I know I left home for school....he is also appreciating his parents for working hard to put him through school and give him everything he needed for school. Even though he is far away from home, he assures them he will be back and everyone will see him for all he has accomplished and his parents will have all the good things they need in life. gosh I cant stop crying at this song...it's so inspirational...I am going home after 8yrs in the diaspora...I miss everyone at home and I lost 3 of my very close young sisters and I was not there to see them for the last time..it's really painful.
