I can understand now what you been by it sounding like Maiden's "The Trooper". It never clicked to me until I saw you write this then I could hear the similarity, but c'mon, Vains of Jenna sound so raw and so fuckin' great no matter what! How many band's have songs that will sound kind'a the same as some other band's song. It happens mate...

i've been listening to VOJ since they practically started, and yes lizzy is amazing and I miss his vocals a lot. But with their new stuff jesse's voice does fit, and you can't deny that his voice is just amazing (it hasa better vocal range and is just incredible). But there are totally songs (especially the stuff the wrote WITH Lizzy that just cannot be redone). Nonetheless, both Lizzy and Jesse have awesome vocals, they just differ ib what fits for hteir style.
