  • Hi - thanks for the question. We have some videos for cream meringues and cupcakes with meringue mushrooms on this channel. The meringue mushrooms are probably the closest to meringue kisses, which tend to be relatively small meringue balls. These recipes can also be found on the cookeryskills website - there is a link from the channel homepage. Thanks!

  • The ingredients are really simple for this recipe - 2 large egg whites and 110g caster sugar - this information is given by clicking on the 'Show more' button. The instructions to follow are shown on the video.

  • Hi - the meringue would not hold up if you decorate a cake with it as it would turn to liquid over time. As edvinasal has outlined below, you shouldn't add chocolate to the mix. The egg white is raw in this video and will be until cooked. Best of luck!

  • Hi. I would like to know. How to make meringue kisses?

  • crap video,wheres the recipe?

  • Thanks, I'm looking for a meringue frosting which I can use to decorate with. I want to make flowers with it and add white chocolate but no butter. Will not use your's as advised.

  • @madeitwithlove You shouldn't add chocolate to this, maybe just coat it when it's baked. Don't decorate the cake with this, because it's raw eggs.

  • Can I add melted white chocolate to that and how much? Also is the egg white cooked and how long will the meringue hold up if I decorate a cake with it? thanks
