This recipe is not really a Pinoy recipe. I learned this when I got here in the US.

Visit http://www.pinoy-recipes.com for more mouth watering Pinoy recipe.

Well, I take that back. I remember I had this kind of potato wedges when me and Nunnie went to Boracay for a 1-week vacation. The only thing is that there was no paprika. But still, this cant be considered a Pinoy recipe because on the menu from Seaside Restaurant, baked potato wedges was on the American food category.

But anyway, I think if I only had my own kitchen when I was still in the Philippines, I should probably be able to experiment and come up with a recipe just like this, probably better. Too bad I did not have even a small kitchen with an oven or grill. I lived with some of my aunts but didnt have the liberty to explore the kitchen that much. Though I could have, I just did not dare to.

So since I got here, I started educating myself about the foods that they eat here in Louisiana because I noticed that Asian products are quite more expensive than the local products. So I decided to try this baked potato wedges because potatoes here are considered cheap, and I have an oven, so thats it. The first time I made this was a success because Nunnie liked it. I liked it too. This seasoned potato wedges is a lot better than what you can get from McDonalds or Walmart.

This recipe is also very flexible. You can put the seasoning that you think will taste good with this potato wedges and take out some of the ingredients that I have shown on the video. You decide, after all, you are the one who knows which taste good for you. I really think the combination of the seasonings that I put on this recipe is good enough. If you want it to be more spicy, then put some chili powder. Its all up to you.

  • @pinoyrecipes thats customer friendly....lol it would be better to mix all the ingredients in the oil and then put it on the fries for a better coat..........

  • they arent crispy unless deep fried. Dude, when cooking i strongly recomend that you dont have a cow open mouth chewer with no shirt on. You just lost all credibility. How utterly disgusting, its food! But then again, 3rd world countries dont know what sterile is. OH SO FRIGGON GROSS!
