@parentfree I did this quantum jumping. It is true, but what this is, is a hypnotism exercise. When I did this I felt a pulsing inward and a strange sensation over my body. He hypnotizes you into a state of belief that you are perfect, that you now have power over everything. He is a master...of hypnotism.

While some of the guy's stuff is really interesting, I think he wants to be a guru too much. Worse, he's currently unreachable, and he practises spam. I've tried to unsubscribe from his services for several months, I've written emails asking to remove me from his list - to no avail. I keep receiving his marketing messages. I don't know if he's doing it on purpose or out of ignorance, but that's clearly not the way to go.

Perhaps you should try some meditation or any kind of practice to chill your own mind out. See the site for what it is, and not through your uninformed prejudice, and you'll find a lot of really good stuff to improve any part of your life.
