  • Try saint john's wort if you dont like perscription anti-depressants. Fear creates more fear, try meditation as well.

  • Yup! Everybody always want to anchor all our symptoms and illness on the anxiety. I have just stopped listing that symptom to most friends and family, they can't get past it.

What you are experiencing is a very real thing, Lyme Disease. It messes with every single part of your body, slowly taking over every system. I encourage you, please go get tested. BUT, first, go online and find a Lyme Literate MD (LLMD). And go straight to them. Do not even bother with your current Dr.s.

I know you say you go out and socialize and do everything right, but you're allowing yourself to get worked up about these symptoms which makes EVERYTHING worse - trust me, I know this from painful experience. This is what is holding you back! The only way you will be able to move past this is to have the tests done and see for yourself that you are ok. I've proved to myself countless times that these symptoms (the same that you describe) I have are in my head.

  • "It seems everyday there's a new symptom."

I understand you exactly. I am always fearing the worst about my health. I was angry too at first when doctors would dismiss my complaints over physical ailments as anxiety, but they were right. Anxiety can cause nearly ANYTHING! I've had just about all the physical symptoms you can have by now. My body would move from one symptom to the next trying to get me to react to it. This is what anxiety does to you.
